We celebrate breasts of all shapes and sizes, every breast is unique. But there is a list of common symptoms that everyone should be aware of and consistently checking in on.
If a part of the breast is less squishy and more dense.
A dimple or indentation anywhere on the breast.
A scab-like red or white crust that is sore and doesn’t go.
A swelling or redness that may cause a burning sensation.
If the fluid is clear or contains blood, it should be checked.
If the skin is broken down to form an open wound.
Bumps can be normal, but not if they suddenly emerge.
If veins become more pronounced on the breast.
Retracted, sinking, flattening or turning nipples.
If one breast changes size, flattens, swells or droops.
Swelling that creates many dimples like the skin of an orange.
The most common symptom is a usually immovable hard lump.
